Voice Recording System
In March 2012, Health On-line is proud to be the FIRST Paramedic Service to launch a Voice Recording System. This new system enables us to support our clients even better with recorded logs and conversation between HOL staff and Insurance Clients/clinics or third party vendors.
The system has 3 main features that can support Insurance Companies with their own case investigations should the need arises.
Call Log Feature:
The call log feature records the actual call made to a particular client whether the call was successful or not. This unique Call Log feature helps the insurance company to meet their own service level agreements with banking and business partners. The report is simple to retrieve and can support ongoing efforts to service clients when contacting them for medical requirements.
Call Recording Feature:
Health On-Line is able to retrieve the actual recorded conversation and play back to better understand the client’s frustrations and get the full story behind the case. This unique Call Recording feature is especially useful when complaints are received from the bankers and the clients.
This feature is also particularly useful for Health On-line internal training and call quality control purposes.
Call Archive Feature
Not all cases go according to plan and when further case investigation is needed for cases more than 3 months old, the Call Archive feature is very useful in doing full case investigation. Currently Health On-line archives all recordings and call logs for 3 months. However additional archiving facilities can be requested.
