Internal Training – Customer Service Part 1 – November 2013

The focus for today is on the importance of customer service and client satisfaction, the critical components of a successful business! This training has been divided to 2 parts; Part 1 in Nov 2013 & Part 2 in Dec 2013.

With this training, we look forward to a higher level of professionalism from our team in serving our clients better.

Our target is to turn each and every customer into our ally, out-perform our competitors, eliminate negative situations and have a happier working environment!
