Internal Training – Customer Service Part 2 and CNY Hamper Wrapping – December 2013

In the Dec 2013 monthly training, CNY Hamper wrapping was introduced as part of the Customer Service Training activity. This did not take a lot of time and it was a fun ice breaker to start the training.

These hampers are then distributed to our clients with Thank You cards before Chinese New Year as a token of appreciation for their support throughout the year and create a platform for our team to meet and collect feedbacks and updates to better support our clients.
