TCB & Remarks SOP Training – May 2013

HOL’s clients can have a clearer and better understanding of their case status when they log into our On-Line Portal and it is important for the team to understand and have a standard set of remarks.

Health On-line believes that the only way to standardize the remarks is by developing and growing our team in terms of internal communication and setting  up a standard timeframe for following up with the clients.
